Preheat oven to 425° F.
Slather olive oil and minced garlic evenly over the flatbread, then evenly top with the marinara.
Evenly distribute the salami and sausage over the marinara, top with the cheeses and Italian seasoning.
Bake directly on a center oven rack for 8 mninutes. Remove from oven, allow to rest for 1 minute. Slice and savor.
