  • Microwave
  • Non-stick skillet


  • 1 Veggie Burger
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil


  • Microwave a frozen Aldi veggie burger on high for one minute. Meanwhile, peel the avocado and mash it with a fork.
  • Heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat in a non-stick skillet. Brown the veggie burger for a minute on each side. Then set aside on serving plate.
  • Using the same skillet, fry the egg to however you like it. Place the mashed avocado on top of the veggie burger and then put the egg on top. Serve and eat immediately.


Top which chopped cilantrao if you have some.
Season with salt and pepper, if you like.
