Ingredients

  • 1 Aldi flatbread
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Marinara
  • 2 oz Salami
  • 2 oz Turkey Italian sausage browned
  • 2 oz Shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425° F.
  • Slather olive oil and minced garlic evenly over the flatbread, then evenly top with the marinara.
  • Evenly distribute the salami and sausage over the marinara, top with the cheeses and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake directly on a center oven rack for 8 mninutes. Remove from oven, allow to rest for 1 minute. Slice and savor.

Notes

  1. Use a pizza peel to easily slice the flatbread pizza on to and remove from the oven rack.
  2. Place pizzas under broiler for a minute to brown cheeses if desired and necessary.
